What are your operating hours?
We are at our desks monitoring emails and calls Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am - 3pm. However, I often have my cell phone with me after hours and on weekends and am happy to help with anything needed when I am available. As you know, real estate is not a 9-5 job!
What about holidays?
We take all Federal bank holidays off, but are sometimes available by phone/text if needed.
What is your scope of service?
We have a couple of different packages, where we do Listing Management from the signing of your Listing Agreement up until it goes under contract (disclosures, brokerage compliance), and Transaction Management, handling everything between MEC and Closing - introductions to all parties, document review and delivery, monitoring deadlines, compliance uploads, scheduling, etc. We do not handle anything that is considered an item of negotiation. We are happy to include extras and personal touches (sending testimonial requests to your clients, sending you a zip file of all emails sent during the transaction).
What are your fees?
$500 for Transaction Management (contract to close), $350 for new builds, $900 for double-ended transactions. $75 for Listing Management. $100 for Compliance only. First 2 terminations per year are at no charge - after that we charge a fee to help cover my out-of-pocket expenses ($75 for termination up to signed Inspection Resolution, or $100 for termination anytime after signed Inspection Resolution).
How experienced are you?
I started Key TC Services in March 2017 and my business doubled itself every year for the first 4 years. We continue to grow at a consistent pace, while protecting the high quality of service that Key TC Services has come to be known for. I personally close 250-300 transactions per year, bringing all those experiences to benefit your transactions! I also belong to DMAR, take classes throughout the year, and am well networked within the real estate industry, bringing these resources and wisdom into our partnership.
What sets you apart from other TCs?
Aside from things already mentioned above (such as personalizing your process, higher level of service, flexible hours of availability), I bring my passion for community to my business. We have a private Facebook group (The Key TC Family) just for our clients where we share resources, encouragement and celebrations. I host an annual awards night for my agents as well as other fun events, and I come alongside my clients in support of their passion projects when time allows. As a fun side-note, I am a published author (and occasional speaker) on the topics of Fear and Trust, and also bring those insights to my clients, who regularly refer to me as their TC/therapist. Together we rise!
