Compliance
We bring extensive real estate knowledge and insights to your transactions, safeguarding the interests of all parties along the way. We conduct a compliance review of all documents, deadlines and signatures at MEC, and audit the entire file every week through Closing. We are experts in DORA compliance, and fluent in most Denver agents’ tech stacks, including (but not limited to) CTM eContracts, DotLoop, SkySlope, intelliAgent, RealSmart Agent, and Brokermint.
Communication
We send each agent a weekly email summary of all of their active transactions. We are always just a phone call or text away, and our availability is not limited to "business hours". You will always be in the loop on exactly where everything stands, and be consulted for your preferences. This is your business, and we are partnering with you in whatever ways feel supportive. We also make ourselves available directly to your buyers & sellers to assist with questions, e-signatures and scheduling.
